What is Food Body Vibe?
I have always had an interest in health and wellness but that mostly manifested throughout my life as being an authority on the latest diet trends, boutique fitness and an astrology obsession.
In the past five-ish years, however, I really started to focus and learn about actual health and wellness. I made a pivot out of fashion and want to help others on their paths. I use the pillars of #foodbodyvibe as a guide for our journey.
You may feel judgement surrounding your relationship with food, want to find an exercise routine that you truly enjoy or let go of one that feels like punishment or you might just want to talk about this crazy year and create a mindfulness practice.
I am here for all of it.
Food Body Vibe Programs
The Food Body Vibe programs are designed as one on one, hour long health coaching sessions with me, twice a month for six months (after a complimentary informational conversation). You will also have consistent access to me via email and text for questions or simply to check in between sessions. Listed below are the three main focus areas I currently offer but I would love to be a part of any wellness journey that you feel called to travel or want some support in exploring.
Each session is $25 and I currently accept Venmo or Zelle.
You will receive food and movement suggestions specifically tailored to you and your goals after our initial conversation.
