Anti-Sress

There are so many factors contributing to stress these days. While food, movement and mindfulness won’t make your worries magically disappear, they can help to relieve your system of some discomfort and inflammation. I am here to support you and help you find tools and skills to feel calm and peaceful in your body.

The Food Body Vibe programs are designed as one on one, hour long health coaching sessions with me, twice a month for six months (after a complimentary informational conversation). You will also have consistent access to me via email and text for questions or simply to check in between sessions.

Each session is $25 and I currently accept Venmo or Zelle.
